Posts: 16 (01/19/09 16:20:25) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	The first thing that this question brought to my mind was Vladimir Propp's morphology of folk tales - see http://en.w...pedia.org/w.../Vladimir_Propp#Functions - they were based on Russian tales but applicable to many others of both the fairy tale and "hero's quest" genres.
