I'm trying to find out as much as I can about King Finvarra. I know that what I should be doing is reading the myths and legends, but the only one I can find about him is Ethna the Bride. Can anyone tell me where I can find out more?

For later adaptations there's the Fionavar tapestry.
Earlier...hmm. Have you tried the rest of this book? http://www.sacred-texts.com/neu/celt/ali/index.htm Also, this one has a little. http://www.sacred-texts.com/neu/celt/cml/index.htm
I'm sure I've seen him somewhere else, but maybe they were all later interpretations. I want to say there was something in Moyra Caldecott, Women in Celtic Myth (Rochester, Vermont: Destiny Books, 1988), but I could be fantasizing.
